How to Redeem CDK Rewards on Kob Card

What a CDK reward is
A CDK is a campaign code that can be redeemed for a wallet reward during Kob Card promotions. The current web redemption flow credits ₦100 after a valid CDK is submitted successfully.
CDK rewards are separate from normal card trading income, registration rewards, invite rewards, and monthly rebates. Treat the code as a limited campaign benefit rather than a replacement for trading payout.
How to redeem a CDK code
Open the CDK rewards page, sign in with your Kob Card account, complete the verification step, then enter the CDK code exactly as provided by the campaign. The system normalizes the code to uppercase, so letter case is not the main issue; the bigger risk is missing characters or adding spaces from a copied message.
After submission, a successful redemption returns a confirmation message and credits the reward to your wallet. If you are not signed in, the page will ask you to log in before redeeming. If the code is empty, too short, too long, or already used, the system will show the relevant error instead of crediting the wallet.
Important CDK rules
A valid CDK must be between 4 and 32 characters. Each code can only be redeemed once, so do not share a private code after you receive it. If someone else redeems it first, the page may show that the CDK has already been used.
If redemption fails because of a temporary system issue, wait and try again later or contact support. Keep a screenshot of the campaign message and your account email so the support team can verify the case faster.
